At Chantilly Family Practice Center, we offer solutions for uninsured patients. This is called our Preferred Patient Membership Program (PPMP).

What Will PPMP Get Me?

Preferred patients will get a 15 % discount on all services provided and published.

Also remember that when you invite employees to register in our clinic, they will receive their membership completely free!

How Does It Work?

Preferred Patient Members will receive a card when they sign up. When they show it while signing in, they will receive the 15% discount once they check out.
